This is a 'number variation', it replaced Cracked Animals #38 when it was pulled due to a cease and desist.
Notice how it still has the Cracked Animals die-cut shape.

Cracked Jerk #11 is the regular one,
Since Cracked Animals was pulled so early, Cracked Jerk #38 is neraly as common as Cracked Jerk #11
