  1. After I've finished setting up my store, how can I get back to the store setup page? There's a link off the dashboard page and here's a direct link

  2. Can I enable the buyer to choose Express shipping? Right now we don't have that option, but if you want you can make a note that buyer's can contact you to arrange for express shipping.

  3. How do I cancel an order? First cancel it in paypal and issue the refund. Then go to your your inventory page, choose the series of the item(s) and mark them unsold.

  4. Where do I make a listing for a lot with multiple different series? There are a bunch of "mixed items" categories. Some are rather specific, like "Old School Mixed" which would be for listing a lot with different Old School items. Some are more general like "Vintage Mixed" for listing lots of various vintage items. The most general category is "Mixed" which encompases all possible series. The list of all categories is on your inventory page

  5. I listed a new item but I don't see it on the new items list. The index is updated about once every three minutes, so it could take up to three minutes to appear on the index.

  6. I sold an item but I don't see it on the sold items list. The index is updated about once every two minutes, so it could take up to two minutes to appear on the index.
