Frequently Asked Questions (for buyers)

  1. When I hit the Paypal button on checkout, it threw an error. Yeah, we apologize. We believe we have fixed the problem (Feb 23rd, 2024). Please let us know if you have any more issues like that.

  2. I can't find my shopping cart. Every store has its own shopping cart. You can see your cart by going to the front page for that store and hitting "View Cart". Also if you sign up for an account, you can save you carts and list them for easy access.

  3. I get an error when I go to paypal. There is a bug on paypal's end that occasionally affects our shopping carts. If you get such an error, we apologize, please call or email and we can do the transaction by hand.

  4. I placed an order. Will I get a confirmation for the order or do you guys just ship them? I didn’t see a place on the website to check orders. When we print the shipping label in paypal, you will get a notification email (from paypal) with the tracking info. But you raise a good point, a future feature of the Mall has to be the ability to view order history. Right now that info is just logged in paypal itself. That's why you can order without signing up, the only info the Mall collects from buyers is their zip code. Everything else happens in paypal.
