This is the first Garbage Pail Kid parody ever made. It was actually
intended to be a Wacky Pack in the 1985 series, painted by John Pound.
Arthur Shorin decided not to publish it, however later he decided
to make a whole series of Garbage Pail Kids, which ultimately were
very successful. Few know that the original Garbage Pail Kid is
a lost wacky.
Rumor has it that when Topps was being sued by Cabbage Patch Kids, out of
frustration Arthur Shorin requested this piece of art and burned it.
